How do I sync between my Mac and iPhone?

Sync happens automatically via iCloud. Just make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on both devices and that iCloud is enabled for the Cyber Focus Timer in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.

Why isn't my timer syncing?

Ensure both devices have an active internet connection. The app polls for updates every 5 seconds when open. Try closing and reopening the app, or check that iCloud sync is enabled in your device settings.

Can I customize the timer durations?

Yes! Tap the settings icon in the app to adjust work duration, short break, and long break times to your preference.

Does the timer keep running when the app is closed?

On Mac, the timer keeps running even when minimized (App Nap is disabled). On iOS, the timer will pause when the app is in the background for extended periods due to iOS restrictions, but will resume correctly when you return.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. We collect zero data. Your timer sessions and statistics are stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to any of it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
